Bahama Bach Babes specializes in bachelorette parties. However, we often get request to plan bridal showers, bachelor bashes and adult birthday parties which we would be happy to plan!

$500-$1000 per person
ARE YOU ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE LARGE GROUPS?
Yes, we work with small and large groups.
IS BAHAMA BACH BABES ON CALL FOR THE ENTIRE BACHELORETTE PARTY?
With our VIP Package, you will receive 24-hour concierge service for the duration of your booking.
HOW DO WE START THE PROCESS?
First, fill out our questionnaire here. We will follow up with a free phone consultation to go over the details. Once you have finalized your custom package, we will send over a payment link for you to make your deposit. Let’s get this party started!
WHEN SHOULD WE START PLANNING OUR EVENT?
We require 45 days in advance. However, we recommend scheduling at least 6-8 months in advance. We are able to accommodate parties scheduled less than 45 days in advance with a surcharge.
WHAT ARE YOUR PACKAGE OPTIONS?
We have 3 packages: Bachelorette Planning + Decor, Decor + Champagne Station Set-Up and Decor Services Only.
HOW DO WE GO ABOUT CUSTOMIZING THE PACKAGE?
No two baches are alike. Our services are customized for each bride and her babes. To get started on your custom Bahama Bach, please fill out our questionnaire and we will have a custom quote sent over to you.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE VIP CHAMPAGNE STATION AND THE DELUXE CHAMPAGNE STATION SET UP?

IS IT POSSIBLE TO ONLY HAVE THE CHAMPAGNE STATION SET UP?

HOW DO WE ARRANGE FOR YOU TO ACCESS OUR AIR BNB/HOTEL TO SET UP DECOR? DO WE HAVE TO CHECK IN BEFORE YOU GO?
Our full decor set-ups usually take about 3 hours. You don’t have to be present when we arrive, but if you are no problem. If you have an Airbnb, you can send us the check-in instructions and we will arrive promptly at check-in to set up your decor. If you have a hotel and the reservation was made by yourself and not us, you will need to notify the front desk in advance via email/phone that we will need access to the room to set up decor.
WOULD THIS BE ALL ONE PAYMENT OR A FEW SEPARATE PAYMENTS?
We take 50% down upfront. A payment plan can be arranged for the other 50%. Full payment must be made 6 weeks before your trip.
IS THE AIRBNB INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
We partner with luxury short term vacation rentals and hotels that can be included in the price if you opt for the VIP package, where we book accommodations on your behalf. However, booking an Airbnb is not included in our services. Check out our partnership page to see who we work with!
HOW DOES THE STOCK THE FRIDGE WORK?
Let us be your personal shoppers and have the fridge stocked with your favorite snacks, and beverages before you arrive so that you can focus on having fun and not grocery shopping. Send us a list of your groceries and we’ll personally shop for them and have your fridge stocked with them the day of your arrival. Our stock the fridge service is at no extra charge if you choose the VIP package. If this service is purchased as an add-on service, please note that there is a flat fee of $75 which does not include the cost of groceries. Give us a budget to work with, then paypal us the funds 48 hours before you arrive.
